From paddy selection in Punjab's fields to container loading at Karachi — every stage is monitored, tested, and verified.
At Al Rehmat Rice Traders (SMC-Private) Limited, quality control is a core part of our operations. From paddy selection and milling to grading, packaging, and dispatch, every stage is monitored carefully to ensure purity, consistency, cleanliness, and product reliability.
Our team follows defined inspection procedures to maintain the standard expected by local and international buyers. We consider quality to be our responsibility — we work to protect the natural aroma, grain length, appearance, and freshness of every shipment by applying proper handling, hygienic processing, moisture control, and final inspection before delivery.
This commitment helps us provide rice that reflects trust, safety, and professional care in every order.
Four principles that guide every decision we make — from sourcing paddy to delivering your shipment.
Maintaining purity, consistency, and dependable product standards across every variety and every shipment we process.
Building long-term relationships through honesty, transparency, and professional service from inquiry to delivery.
Ensuring efficient production, packaging, and timely shipment — so your supply chain stays on schedule, every time.
Supporting continuous improvement and sustainable agricultural values — from paddy farmer to export container.
Our own facility means we control every stage. No outsourced milling, no unknown handling.
We source raw paddy directly from registered farmers in Gujranwala, Sheikhupura, and Hafizabad — Punjab's prime basmati belt. Lots are inspected for varietal purity, moisture content, and freedom from foreign material before purchase.
Paddy is dried to safe storage moisture levels (≤13–14%) using controlled drying. Proper conditioning at this stage is critical for milling yield and final grain quality — preventing breakage and ensuring clean white milling.
Paddy passes through our husker, whitener, and polisher to produce white milled rice. For Sella (parboiled) and Steam varieties, paddy is soaked, steamed, and dried before milling — locking in nutrients and producing the firm texture buyers expect.
Milled rice passes through our colour sorter (Sortex machine), which uses optical sensors to detect and eject discoloured, broken, or contaminated grains — ensuring uniformity and purity in every lot before packing.
Rice is packed to buyer specification — 25kg or 50kg PP woven bags, or smaller retail packs for private label orders. Each bag is weighed, stitched, and stacked on pallets for container loading. Custom printing and private label available.
We handle all pre-shipment documentation through PSW/WeBOC — including Phytosanitary Certificate, Certificate of Origin, Halal Certificate, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice. Goods ship from Karachi or Port Qasim on FOB, CFR, or CIF terms.
